Building the Foundation for a Successful Video Testimonial Program

Creating a successful program with MahaloHub is straight-forward. Before you launch, however, a little foundational planning will help to maximize success of the program. To help you get organized, we have outlined a few helpful considerations to give shape and structure to your plan.

Identify Use Cases

What is your focus: testimonials, thought leadership, feedback, onboarding, etc.?

Define Campaigns

Create different campaigns to capture responses from a variety of people answering unique questions.

Determine Questions

For each campaign, what questions do you want answered? We recommend 3-5 questions, although you can ask up to 10.

Create Communication Plan

Create awareness and excitement with a pre-rollout communication campaign. Explain what and why of the program, why they should care, and what you will do with it.

Identify Who To Invite

Start with a few select people to seed the program and expand to a larger targeted group. Be sure to highlight content from the seed group.

Determine How To Invite

Do you want to send invitations through the MalahoHub platform, download and print the QR code on posters, or insert the link into internal CRM or Slack?

Define Roles and Responsibilities

Who will have global Administrative access to create new campaigns and invite managers and users to each campaign? Managers/Users only have access to campaigns they are invited to, while Admins have access across campaigns.

Create Brand Guidelines for Editing

Were does the logo go, and how large should it be? What is the call to action? What colors should you use in the background? Do we need to add your font to the library?

Set-up Channels for Sharing

If sharing to business social channels from MahaloHub, connect them in the Manage tab.

Determine Necessary Reviews and Approvals

If legal or managerial review is required, alert the appropriate people and outline the most efficient process.

Set-Up Rewards

Sharing a little “thank you” goes a long way. Click on Rewards to set-up your account with our partner Tango Card. Approval will take a few days, so plan ahead.
